Boiled Moringa Leaves as a Leafy Vegetable: Leaves are normally cooked by steaming or boiling to preserve its nutrients. Raw Immature Pods as a Vegetable: Tender immature pods of Moringa plant is the most utilised and the most valuable parts of the plant.
